Please advise ITSqc if you will require a visa letter regarding your course attendance
at any ITSqc course. Please contact

Course Registration Prices
Any and all payments required to be made for ITSqc training course registrations will be free
of any type of applicable taxes, offsets or withholdings. To the extent you are required by applicable
law, regulation and/or ordinance to withhold, offset and/or deduct any portion of the money to be paid
to ITSqc, then the amounts due shall be increased to such amounts as may be necessary to yield ITSqc
the amount it would otherwise have received had such payments been made without deduction for any such
withholdings, offsets and/or deductions.

Cancellation Policy
Course registrations may be cancelled more than four weeks before the start of any course without charge. Cancellations received within
four weeks of the start of a course incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the regular course tuition.
Cancellations received within two weeks of the start of a course incur a
cancellation fee of the regular course tuition. Substitutions may be made at any time before the start of a course at no charge.
