Palladium assesses and improves Organisational Sourcing Capability. Working with both clients and service providers Palladium improves organisations' ability to make, implement and manage sourcing decisions. Palladium is an ITSqc Authorised Organisation - approved by Carnegie Mellon University to perform eSCM capability determinations for both clients and service providers. eSCM is a Capability Model for Outsourcing and Shared Services. Palladium has also developed ServiceFrame - an OnDemand Service Management tool for Clients and Service Providers.
